Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. Ideally you have familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; accurate at weighing and following recipes. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹12,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
