Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Gada, Sokoto State. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
