Bread and bun maker — DeKalb County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in DeKalb County, Georgia. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
