Head baker wanted in Stevens County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Stevens County, Minnesota. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
