Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kala-Balge, Borno State. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
