Now hiring: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Kaufman County, Texas. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Strong attention to safety and load limits Day to day you will carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
