You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Full-time with occasional weekends.
