Sausage maker — Dhalai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Dhalai, Tripura. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should bring clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
