Join our team: we are hiring a waitress in Modoc County, California. You will be based at a busy restaurant. On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
