Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Kings County, New York. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Day-to-day duties: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain 5+ years on the tools preferred.
