You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Full-time, day shift.
