Vacancy available: chef de partie (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ede North, Osun State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
