What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
