Now hiring: we are hiring a commercial painter in Fayette County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Day-to-day duties: • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
