Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Driving licence for travel between sites • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Your main tasks: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
