We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Ondo West, Ondo State. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Rotating shifts.
