Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Marion County, Illinois. The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
