Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. The role involves explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
