Meat cutter — Obowo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Obowo, Imo State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter We offer ₦700 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
