Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial painter in Middlesex County, Virginia. The job is at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Own brushes and basic hand tools Day-to-day duties: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
