Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
