Now hiring: we are hiring a press shop operator in Oyigbo, Rivers State. The role involves: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
