Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
