Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Hancock County, Maine. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
