Urgent requirement: line cook (Osun State)

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Isokan, Osun State. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
