Catering cook — Gumel

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Gumel, Jigawa State. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
