Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Collin County, Texas. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
