Dish pit attendant wanted in Bida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Bida, Niger State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
