Halal butcher • Sequoyah County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
