Urgent requirement: cake decorator (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jackson County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
