Now hiring: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. You should bring physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts; follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules; knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing. Your main tasks: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Rotating shifts.
