Machine setter-operator — Duval County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Duval County, Florida. The job is at an injection moulding unit. You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Day to day you will follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; set up and start the machine as per the job card; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet.
