Banquet server — Abadam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Abadam, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 6+ years on the tools preferred.
