Join our team: we are hiring a hoist operator in Jackson County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits Your main tasks: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
