Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Uintah County, Utah. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
