Cnc production machinist wanted in Midlothian

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Midlothian, Scotland. You will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; load and index turning tools in the turret. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
