Trainee butcher wanted in Hancock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Hancock County, Illinois. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
