Butcher — Ekwusigo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Ekwusigo, Anambra State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 1+ years on the tools preferred.
