Production machine operator • Hooker County, Nebraska

Now hiring: we are hiring a production machine operator in Hooker County, Nebraska. You will be based in a textile mill. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor The role involves: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
