Bread baker — Greene County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Greene County, Virginia. You will be based in a bread factory. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Part-time with flexible hours.
