Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Oluyole, Oyo State. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
