We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Snohomish County, Washington. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
