Urgent requirement: line cook (Anambra State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Anaocha, Anambra State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
