Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Berrien County, Michigan. You will work at a beach resort. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time, day shift.
