Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
