Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left We offer $22 per hour plus benefits.
