Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
