Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Pike County, Illinois. You will be based at a land-clearing site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Your main tasks: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels Six days a week, one day off.
