Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
