Sausage maker — Itesiwaju

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Itesiwaju, Oyo State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦14,000 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
